The Bergenfield Bears baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Paramus Catholic Paladins to 0 in the Bears non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bears (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Tenafly (Tenafly, NJ). The Tigers go into the Big North - National match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Tenafly was overwhelmed by Ramsey (Ramsey, NJ), 6-1, in a non-league match.
The Paladins (2-2) will now prepare for their match against DePaul Catholic (Wayne, NJ). The Spartans go into the Big North - United match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, DePaul Catholic gained a win over Parsippany (Parsippany, NJ), 5-0, in a non-league match.
