In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Niles North Vikings volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Mundelein Mustangs.

The Vikings (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Metea Valley (Aurora, IL). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 4-6 record. In their last battle, Metea Valley achieved victory over Warren Township (Gurnee, IL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the Wheeling Wildcats (Wheeling, IL) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 10. Mundelein will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 2-5 record after their 2-1 league loss to Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL).
