The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Athens/PORTA Warriors (Athens, IL) and the host St. Teresa Bulldogs (Decatur, IL), saw Athens/PORTA's soccer squad triumph over St. Teresa by a margin of 8-0.

The Warriors now sport a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Williamsville for a Sangamo test on Tuesday, April 11. Athens/PORTA will encounter a Bullets squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Pleasant Plains/New Berlin (Pleasant Plains, IL). The Bullets record now stands at 7-3.

With the loss, St. Teresa drops to 1-9 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Decatur Lutheran (Decatur, IL) to encounter the Lions in a non-league test on Monday, April 10. The Lions come into the test with a record of 5-4. Decatur Lutheran won 6-1 in their recent non-league test against Taylorville (Taylorville, IL)
