Greeley West Spartans (Greeley, CO) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Longmont Trojans (Longmont, CO), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Spartans confront the Windsor Wizards (Windsor, CO) in a 4A/5A/3A Northern Colorado challenge, on Wednesday, April 12. Greeley West will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Wizards enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Rocky Mountain (Fort Collins, CO).

The Trojans now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Weld Central for a 3A/2A Patriot challenge on Tuesday, April 11. Longmont will confront a Rebels team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Bennett (Bennett, CO). The Rebels record now stands at 2-3.
