Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Franklin Yellowjackets (Stockton, CA) and the visiting Lincoln Mustangs (San Francisco, CA), saw Franklin's baseball squad knock off Lincoln by a count of 8-3.

Coming up next, the Yellowjackets play the Linden Lions (Linden, CA) in a battle, on Tuesday, April 11. Franklin will attempt to move on its 7-2 season record. The Lions enter the battle with a 4-4 record after their 5-4 league loss to Bear Creek (Stockton, CA).

The Mustangs now possess a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mission for a battle on Monday, April 10.
