Concord-Carlisle Patriots (Concord, MA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Newburyport Clippers (Newburyport, MA), 9-7 in a non-league battle.
The Patriots now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cambridge Rindge & Latin for a Dual County battle on Tuesday, April 11.
In their next game, the Clippers clash with the Hamilton-Wenham Regional Generals (South Hamilton, MA) in a Cape Ann battle, on Thursday, April 13. Newburyport will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
