The Arundel Wildcats (Gambrills, MD) softball routed the visiting John Carroll Patriots (Bel Air, MD), 8-3 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats (3-1) will now prepare for their bout against Southern (Harwood, MD). The Bulldogs go into the Anne Arundel County bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Southern was routed by Northeast (Pasadena, MD), 15-2, in a league bout.
The Patriots now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Mount de Sales Academy for a IAAM bout on Wednesday, April 12.
