The Model Patriots softball team (Richmond, KY), was routed 16-9 in Saturday's non-league test with the visiting Beechwood Tigers (Fort Mitchell, KY)
Coming up next, the Tigers clash with the Conner Cougars (Hebron, KY) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 10. Beechwood will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Cougars come into the test with a 5-6 record after their 11-5 non-league win over Owen County (Owenton, KY).
The Patriots (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Nicholas County (Carlisle, KY). The Bluejackets come into the non-league test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Nicholas County edged Powell County (Stanton, KY), 4-3, in a non-league test.
