Pocatello Thunder (Pocatello, ID) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Brighton Bengals (Salt Lake City, UT), 18-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Thunder now own a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host Preston for a 4A Great Basin - East challenge on Tuesday, April 11.

With the loss, Brighton falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Bengals travel to Murray (Murray, UT) to battle the Spartans in a 5A Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, April 11. The Spartans enter the challenge with a record of 2-5. Murray won 12-11 in their recent league challenge against Skyline (Salt Lake City, UT)
