Calhoun Warriors (Hardin, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Liberty Eagles (Liberty, IL), 11-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carrollton for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 8. Calhoun will battle a Hawks squad coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Camp Point Central (Camp Point, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 8-2.

With the loss, Liberty falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Routt Catholic (Jacksonville, IL) to battle the Rockets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 11. The Rockets enter the challenge with a record of 1-2. Routt Catholic lost 15-0 in their recent league challenge against Calhoun (Hardin, IL)
