Illinois High School Softball - Tri-City/Sangamon Valley bounces Pana

Tri-City/Sangamon Valley Storm (Niantic, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Pana Panthers (Pana, IL), 9-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Storm now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Williamsville for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 10. Tri-City/Sangamon Valley will face a Bullets squad coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to East Peoria (East Peoria, IL). The Bullets record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Pana falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Tri-City (Buffalo, IL) to face the Tornadoes in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 8. The Tornadoes enter the challenge with a record of 3-0.
