The Plainville Blue Devils (Plainville, CT) softball routed the host Wamogo Regional Warriors (Litchfield, CT), 15-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Blue Devils (2-0) will now prepare for their bout against Platt (Meriden, CT). The Panthers go into the Central Connecticut - South bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Platt toppled East Hartford (East Hartford, CT), 16-0, in a non-league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Nonnewaug for a Berkshire bout on Tuesday, April 11. Wamogo Regional will confront a Chiefs squad coming off a 24-0 league win over Gilbert (Winsted, CT). The Chiefs record now stands at 2-2.
