The Yucaipa Thunderbirds baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Barstow Aztecs to 1 in the Thunderbirds non-league victory on Monday.

The Thunderbirds (9-8) will now prepare for their match against Redlands (Redlands, CA). The Terriers go into the Citrus Belt match with a 7-12 record. In their last match, Redlands was overwhelmed by Cajon (San Bernardino, CA), 14-0, in a league match.
