The Pana Panthers baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Central A & M Raiders to 1 in the Panthers non-league victory on Monday.

The Panthers (5-6) will now prepare for their match against Staunton (Staunton, IL). The Bulldogs go into the South Central match with a 4-13 record. In their last match, Staunton was overwhelmed by Civic Memorial (Bethalto, IL), 4-0, in a non-league match.

The Raiders (2-13) will now prepare for their match against Shelbyville (Shelbyville, IL). The Rams go into the Central Illinois match with a 6-6 record. In their last match, Shelbyville was overwhelmed by Nokomis (Nokomis, IL), 4-1, in a non-league match.
