California High School Baseball - Point Loma can't hold off Grossmont

April 8, 2024: San Diego, CA 92106

In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Grossmont Foothillers baseball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Point Loma Pointers.

The Foothillers (7-10) will now prepare for their game against Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA). The Cougars go into the Grossmont Hills game with a 4-13 record.

The Pointers (9-5) will now prepare for their game against Madison (San Diego, CA). The Warhawks go into the Western game with a 8-7 record. In their last game, Madison was edged by Bonita Vista (Chula Vista, CA), 6-4, in a non-league game.
