The New Oxford Colonials baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Carlisle Thundering Herd to 3 in the Colonials non-league victory on Monday.
The Colonials (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Susquehannock (Glen Rock, PA). The Warriors go into the non-league match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Susquehannock edged Kennard-Dale (Fawn Grove, PA), 5-3, in a non-league match.
The Thundering Herd (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Lower Dauphin (Hummelstown, PA). The Falcons go into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Lower Dauphin was overwhelmed by Spring Grove (Spring Grove, PA), 7-1, in a non-league match.
