The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the University Liggett Knights (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI) and the visiting Anchor Bay Tars (Fair Haven, MI), saw University Liggett's lacrosse team gain a win over Anchor Bay by a margin of 6-4.
The Knights (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Bishop Foley (Madison Heights, MI). The Ventures enter the Division 2 District 8 challenge with a 0-0 record.
The Tars (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Port Huron (Port Huron, MI). The Red Hawks enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Port Huron edged Divine Child (Dearborn, MI), 8-4, in a non-league challenge.
