Conant Cougars (Hoffman Estates, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Wheeling Wildcats (Wheeling, IL), 23-1 in a league test.

The Cougars now have a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Palatine for a Mid Suburban test on Thursday, April 11. Conant will face a Pirates squad coming off a 10-4 league loss to Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL). The Pirates record now stands at 4-2.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Hersey Huskies (Arlington Heights, IL) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 11. Wheeling will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Huskies come into the test with a 4-4 record after their 17-8 non-league loss to Benet Academy (Lisle, IL).
