California High School Softball - De Anza topped by Pinole Valley

In Monday's non-league contest, the Pinole Valley Spartans (Pinole, CA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting De Anza Dons (El Sobrante, CA), by a margin of 12-1.

With the triumph, Pinole Valley moves its record to 2-2 on the year. The Spartans travel to Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA) to play the Knights in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 9. The Knights come into the contest with a record of 4-4. Las Lomas won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA)

In their next game, the Dons play the Kennedy Eagles (Richmond, CA) in a Tri-County - Stone contest, on Wednesday, April 10. De Anza will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record.
