Massachusetts High School Softball - Uxbridge bounces Oxford

Uxbridge Spartans (Uxbridge, MA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Oxford Pirates (Oxford, MA), 8-0 in a league challenge.

The Spartans now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bartlett for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 10. Uxbridge will face a Indians squad coming off a 15-1 league win over Quaboag Regional (Warren, MA). The Indians record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Oxford falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Leicester (Leicester, MA) to face the Wolverines in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 10. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
