The Milford Bearcats baseball squad (Milford, IL), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the visiting Clifton Central Comets (Clifton, IL)

With the triumph, Clifton Central moves its record to 5-5 on the season. The Comets travel to Herscher (Herscher, IL) to confront the Tigers in a non-league contest on Friday, April 11. The Tigers come into the contest with a record of 10-1. Herscher won 9-2 in their recent non-league contest against Iroquois West (Gilman, IL)

The Bearcats now possess a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Peotone for a non-league contest on Thursday, April 10. Milford will confront a Blue Devils squad coming off a 12-2 league loss to Coal City (Coal City, IL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-6.
