North Carolina High School Volleyball - Carrboro overwhelmed by Falls Lake

April 8, 2025: Carrboro, NC 27510

Falls Lake Firebirds (Creedmoor, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Carrboro Jaguars (Carrboro, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Falls Lake improves its record to 6-5 on the season. The Firebirds host Enloe (Raleigh, NC) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 9. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 1-3. Enloe lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC)

The Jaguars now own a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Riverside-Durham for a non-league test on Thursday, April 10. Carrboro will face a Pirates squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Eno River Academy (Hillsborough, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 6-3.
