Fans at Tuesday's league test between the Westhampton Beach Hurricanes (Westhampton Beach, NY) and the visiting Islip Buccaneers (Islip, NY), witnessed Westhampton Beach's lacrosse squad achieve victory over Islip by a count of 8-4.

The Hurricanes (5-0) will now prepare for their test against Shoreham-Wading River (Shoreham, NY). The Wildcats enter the Section 11 II test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Shoreham-Wading River nipped Center Moriches (Center Moriches, NY), 16-5, in a non-league test.

Next, the Buccaneers battle the Hampton Bays Baymen (Hampton Bays, NY) in a Section 11 II test, on Friday, May 9. Islip will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
