University Hawks (Morgantown, WV) backers exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Preston Knights (Kingwood, WV), 21-1 in a league game.

With the victory, University improves its record to 8-0 on the season. The Hawks travel to St. Albans (St. Albans, WV) to play the Red Dragons in a non-league game on Thursday, April 10. The Red Dragons come into the game with a record of 2-3. St. Albans lost 17-6 in their recent league game against Jefferson County (Shenandoah Junction, WV)

The Knights now have a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to John Marshall for a WVSLA - Division II game on Wednesday, April 16. Preston will play a Monarchs team coming off a 12-6 league win over Jefferson County (Shenandoah Junction, WV). The Monarchs record now stands at 4-2.
