The Liberty Lancers soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks to 2 in the Lancers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Lancers now hold a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Vista Ridge for a 5A/4A CSML Metro bout on Thursday, April 10. Liberty will play a Wolves squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Palmer (Colorado Springs, CO). The Wolves record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Cheyenne Mountain moves to 4-3 on the year. The Red-tailed hawks host Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO) to play the Thunder in a 4A Pikes Peak bout on Thursday, April 10. The Thunder go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Discovery Canyon lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Rampart (Colorado Springs, CO)
