The Manchester Valley Mavericks baseball team scored 14 runs and held the host Francis Scott Key Eagles to 3 in the Mavericks non-league win on Tuesday.
The Mavericks now own a 1-0 record.
With the defeat, Francis Scott Key drops to 3-4 on the year. The Eagles travel to Winters Mill (Westminster, MD) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league test on Thursday, April 10. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 1-2. Winters Mill won 7-6 in their recent non-league test against South Carroll (Sykesville, MD)
