The York Dukes lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the host Benet Academy Redwings to 2 in the Dukes non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Dukes now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Downers Grove South for a challenge on Wednesday, April 9. York will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 10-2 non-league loss to Kimberly (Kimberly, WI). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Benet Academy falls to 1-1 on the year. The Redwings host Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 12. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Lincoln-Way West lost 4-3 in their recent league challenge against Andrew (Tinley Park, IL)
