In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting May River Sharks lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-5 triumph over the Philip Simmons Iron Horses.
The Sharks (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Braves come into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Socastee Carolina Forest (Myrtle Beach, SC), 5-5, in a league battle.
The Iron Horses now sport a 1-2 record.
