The Aragon Dons softball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats to 2 in the Dons non-league win on Tuesday.

The Dons now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Burlingame for a battle on Monday, April 14. Aragon will confront a Panthers team coming off a 20-0 league win over Capuchino (San Bruno, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, St. Ignatius College Preparatory moves to 0-4 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA) to confront the Monarchs in a battle on Wednesday, April 9. The Monarchs come into the battle with a record of 7-3. Archbishop Mitty won 11-9 in their recent non-league battle against Monterey (Monterey, CA)
