Illinois High School Softball - Benet Academy succumbs to Oak Park-River Forest

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Oak Park-River Forest Huskies (Oak Park, IL) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL), by a tally of 14-2.

Next, the Huskies clash with the Schaumburg Saxons (Schaumburg, IL) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 11. Oak Park-River Forest will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record.

The Redwings (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Yorkville (Yorkville, IL). The Foxes go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Yorkville prevailed over Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL), 16-1, in a non-league test.
