Fans at Tuesday's league test between the Union Catholic Vikings (Scotch Plains, NJ) and the host Bergen Tech Knights (Hackensack, NJ), witnessed Union Catholic's lacrosse squad hold off Bergen Tech by a count of 6-5.

The Vikings (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Morris Catholic (Denville, NJ). The Crusaders enter the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Morris Catholic nipped Clifton (Clifton, NJ), 9-5, in a non-league test.

Next, the Knights battle the West Orange Mountaineers (West Orange, NJ) in a Dowling test, on Thursday, April 10. Bergen Tech will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Mountaineers enter the test with a 2-1 record after their 6-5 league win over Eastern Christian (North Haledon, NJ).
