Morris Catholic Crusaders (Denville, NJ) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting Clifton Mustangs (Clifton, NJ), 9-5 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Morris Catholic advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Union Catholic (Scotch Plains, NJ) to play the Vikings in a non-league game on Thursday, April 10. The Vikings come into the game with a record of 1-1. Union Catholic won 6-5 in their recent league game against Bergen Tech (Hackensack, NJ)

The Mustangs now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hawthorne for a Dowling game on Thursday, April 10. Clifton will play a Bears team coming off a 6-2 league loss to Pompton Lakes (Pompton Lakes, NJ). The Bears record now stands at 0-1.
