Fans at Tuesday's non-league test between the Penn-Trafford Warriors (Harrison City, PA) and the visiting Hempfield Area Spartans (Greensburg, PA), witnessed Penn-Trafford's lacrosse squad top Hempfield Area by a count of 16-5.

The Warriors (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Peters Township (McMurray, PA). The Indians enter the WPIAL 2A 1 test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Peters Township thwarted Baldwin (Pittsburgh, PA), 26-1, in a league test.

Next, the Spartans battle the Butler Golden Tornado (Butler, PA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 10. Hempfield Area will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Golden Tornado enter the test with a 3-6 record after their 10-4 league loss to Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA).
