The South Gibson Hornets (Medina, TN) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Jackson Central Merry Cougars (Jackson, TN), 7-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Hornets now hold a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Crockett County for a AA District 13 challenge on Thursday, April 10. South Gibson will encounter a Cavaliers squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Madison (Jackson, TN). The Cavaliers record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Jackson Central Merry moves to 2-4 on the year. The Cougars travel to Milan (Milan, TN) to encounter the Bulldogs in a A District 14 challenge on Thursday, April 10. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 8-2. Milan won 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Jackson South Side (Jackson, TN)
