Ohio High School Softball - Ansonia bounces Dixie

April 8, 2025: Ansonia, OH 45303

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Ansonia Tigers (Ansonia, OH) and the visiting Dixie Greyhounds (New Lebanon, OH), observed Ansonia's softball team notch a victory over Dixie by a final score of 26-2.

The Tigers (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against Greenville (Greenville, OH). The Green Wave go into the non-league bout with a 1-1 record.

In their next game, the Greyhounds battle the Arcanum Trojans (Arcanum, OH) in a Western Ohio Athletic bout, on Thursday, April 10. Dixie will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 5-4 league win over Preble Shawnee (Camden, OH).
