The Visitation Blazers edged the visiting Benilde-St. Margaret's Red Knights softball squad by a count of 6-5 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Blazers meet the South St. Paul Packers (South St. Paul, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 9. Visitation will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Packers enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 6-2 league loss to Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN).
The Red Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Park (Cottage Grove, MN). The Wolfpack enter the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Park edged Roseville (Roseville, MN), 12-2, in a league challenge.
