The Jefferson Jaguars overwhelmed the visiting Le Sueur-Henderson Giants softball squad by a count of 11-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Jaguars meet the Waconia Wildcats (Waconia, MN) in a Wright County challenge, on Thursday, April 10. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record.
The Giants (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted (Howard Lake, MN). The Lakers go into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted toppled Litchfield (Litchfield, MN), 5-2, in a league challenge.
