The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Lake Forest Spartans (Felton, DE) and the host Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE), observed Lake Forest's softball team notch a victory over Polytech by a final score of 8-0.

The Spartans (7-0) will now prepare for their bout against Sussex Academy (Georgetown, DE). The Seahawks go into the Henlopen South bout with a 5-0 record.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Caesar Rodney Riders (Camden, DE) in a Henlopen North bout, on Thursday, April 10. Polytech will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record.
