Paradise Panthers (Paradise, TX) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Memorial Mavericks (Wichita Falls, TX), 10-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Paradise improves its record to 16-6 on the year. The Panthers travel to Whitesboro (Whitesboro, TX) to face the Bearcats in a 3A Region II District 10 game on Friday, April 11. The Bearcats enter the game with a record of 15-8. Whitesboro lost 7-6 in their recent league game against Ponder (Ponder, TX)

The Mavericks now hold a 12-17 record. They play next when they travel to Cooper for a 5A Region I District 4 game on Friday, April 11. Memorial will face a Cougars squad coming off a 11-1 league loss to Abilene (Abilene, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 13-11.
