Virginia High School Softball - St. Mary's Ryken sneaks past Paul VI

The St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD) softball nipped the host Paul VI Panthers (Chantilly, VA), 3-2 in Tuesday's league outing.
The Knights now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop McNamara for a Washington Catholic outing on Thursday, April 10. St. Mary's Ryken will encounter a Mustangs team coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Maret (Washington, DC). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Paul VI moves to 7-7 on the season. The Panthers host St. John's (Washington, DC) to encounter the Cadets in a non-league outing on Friday, April 11. The Cadets come into the outing with a record of 6-3. St. John's won 26-6 in their recent league outing against The Academy of the Holy Cross (Kensington, MD)
