The Delran Bears baseball team scored 15 runs and held the host Maple Shade Wildcats to 5 in the Bears non-league win on Wednesday.
The Bears now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host Pitman for a non-league test on Friday, April 10. Delran will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 11-0 league win over Salem (Salem, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 3-4.
With the defeat, Maple Shade drops to 2-5 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Palmyra (Palmyra, NJ) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Friday, April 10. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 0-5. Palmyra lost 9-1 in their recent non-league test against Moorestown Friends (Moorestown, NJ)
