California High School Baseball - St. Bernard wallops Venice

In Wednesday's non-league game, the host St. Bernard Vikings baseball team scored a nice 16-2 win over the Venice Gondoliers.

The Vikings (7-9) will now prepare for their game against St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA). The Swordsmen go into the Del Rey game with a 9-9 record. In their last game, St. Paul knocked off Buena Park (Buena Park, CA), 5-2, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Gondoliers face the Carson Colts (Carson, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 11. Venice will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Colts enter the battle with a 13-3 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Bellflower (Bellflower, CA).
