New York High School Softball - St. John knocked off by Oneonta

In Wednesday's non-league test, the Oneonta Yellowjackets (Oneonta, NY) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting St. John Heralds (Ashtabula, OH), by a tally of 9-1.

Next, the Yellowjackets meet the Holy Name Green Wave (Parma Heights, OH) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 9. Oneonta will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Green Wave go into the test with a 5-2 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Notre Dame (Portsmouth, OH).

The Heralds (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Alexander (Alexander, NY). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
