In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Amory Panthers baseball team scored a tight 10-5 victory over the East Webster Wolverines.
The Panthers (8-2) will now prepare for their game against Nettleton (Nettleton, MS). The Tigers go into the 3A Region 4 game with a 17-6 record. In their last game, Nettleton tipped Caledonia (Caledonia, MS), 19-16, in a non-league game.
The Wolverines (11-10) will now prepare for their game against Eupora (Eupora, MS). The Eagles go into the 2A Region 4 game with a 5-18 record. In their last game, Eupora tipped Louisville (Louisville, MS), 16-1, in a non-league game.
