The McAlester Buffaloes baseball team (McAlester, OK), was overwhelmed 16-8 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Deer Creek Antlers (Edmond, OK)
The Antlers now hold a 19-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Putnam City West for a 6A District 1 outing on Monday, April 11.
Next, the Buffaloes confront the Bishop Kelley Comets (Tulsa, OK) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 11. McAlester will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record. The Comets go into the outing with a 7-4 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Pryor (Pryor, OK).
