The Grandview Zebras baseball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Ponder Lions to 3 in the Zebras non-league victory on Saturday.
The Zebras (7-4) will now prepare for their match against Keene (Keene, TX). The Chargers go into the 3A Region II District 9 match with a 7-9 record. In their last match, Keene gained a win over Madison (Dallas, TX), 20-0, in a league match.
The Lions (10-9) will now prepare for their match against S & S Consolidated (Sadler, TX). The Rams go into the 3A Region II District 10 match with a 7-9 record. In their last match, S & S Consolidated was overwhelmed by Paradise (Paradise, TX), 10-3, in a league match.
