The St. Francis Spartans held off the host West Aurora Blackhawks volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Spartans now have a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Metea Valley for a non-league test on Monday, April 11. St. Francis will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-4.

The Blackhawks (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Naperville Central (Naperville, IL). The Redhawks enter the non-league test with a 1-6 record. In their last test, Naperville Central was nudged by Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
