Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions (Chardon, OH) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Mentor Cardinals (Mentor, OH), 12-6 in a non-league battle.
The Lions now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Archbishop Hoban for a Region 6 battle on Monday, April 11. Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 10-7 league win over St. Vincent-St. Mary (Akron, OH). The Knights record now stands at 6-3.
In their next game, the Cardinals clash with the Avon Eagles (Avon, OH) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 9. Mentor will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 4-2 record after their 16-5 league win over Mentor (Mentor, OH).
