The Amity Regional Spartans lacrosse team scored 20 points and held the visiting Lyman Hall Trojans to 9 in the Spartans league win on Saturday.
The Spartans (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Xavier (Middletown, CT). The Falcons go into the Southern Connecticut match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Xavier prevailed over East Lyme (East Lyme, CT), 10-6, in a non-league match.
The Trojans (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Wilbur Cross (New Haven, CT). The Governors go into the Southern Connecticut match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Wilbur Cross prevailed over Vinal RVT (Middletown, CT), 15-1, in a non-league match.
