In Saturday's non-league contest, the Canfield Cardinals (Canfield, OH) lacrosse squad nipped the visiting GlenOak Golden Eagles (Canton, OH), by a count of 5-4.

Coming up next, the Cardinals confront the Kenston Bombers (Chagrin Falls, OH) in a Region 6 contest, on Tuesday, April 12. Canfield will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Bombers enter the contest with a 3-3 record after their 16-10 non-league loss to Solon (Solon, OH).

The Golden Eagles now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lake for a Region 2 contest on Thursday, April 14.
